How many hours of wedding photography coverage are included?

Coverage depends on the collection you choose. Most couples book coverage from morning preparations through to dinner or late evening, which typically works out at around 8–12 hours of wedding photography.

Every wedding day is different, so we’re happy to tailor coverage to your timeline. If you need more or less time, we can adjust things to make sure all the important moments are captured — without rushing or forcing the day.

Do you have backup equipment and an emergency plan?

Yes — always. We arrive at every wedding fully prepared, with backup cameras, lenses, batteries, and memory cards on hand.

We also plan ahead for the unexpected, whether that’s changing weather, timeline shifts, or technical issues. Having backups and a clear plan means we can continue photographing your day smoothly and without disruption.

What’s the process for booking your wedding photography?

Booking your wedding photography with us is simple and stress-free.

Start by getting in touch through our contact page or by emailing us to check availability for your wedding date. If you’d like, we can also arrange a call or meet in person to talk through your plans and make sure we’re the right fit.

If you decide to move forward, your date is secured with a signed contract and a booking deposit. Deposit is non-refundable.

Once that’s in place, your wedding date is officially confirmed.

The entire process can be done online for convenience, and we’re always here to answer any questions along the way.

Do you work with a second photographer or assistant?

Our wedding photography collections are designed around one photographer, but a second photographer or assistant can be added if you’d like extra coverage.

Having a second photographer is especially useful for larger weddings or overlapping moments — like capturing both partners getting ready, or different angles during the ceremony and reception. It allows for more perspectives while keeping the day relaxed and well covered.

How long does it take to receive our wedding photos?

Your full, professionally edited wedding gallery is typically delivered within 3–5 weeks after your wedding day.

We take the time to carefully review and edit every image so the final gallery feels consistent, natural, and true to how your day actually felt — without rushing the process.

You won’t be left waiting with nothing, though. We also share a sneak peek shortly after the wedding, so you can relive a few favourite moments while the full gallery is being prepared.

What’s your policy on delivering the digital files?

Your final wedding photos are delivered in high-resolution digital format, shared through a private online gallery. This makes it easy to view, download, and share your images with friends and family.

You receive:

• Full-resolution, professionally edited images
• No watermarks and no restrictions on printing or sharing
• Web-sized images for easy sharing on social media and email

We believe your photos should be yours to keep and enjoy however you choose. We do recommend backing up your images in multiple places for long-term peace of mind.

For couples who want something tangible, we also offer premium wedding albums — a timeless way to preserve your photos beyond the screen. Our albums are handcrafted with high-quality materials and fully customisable in style, colour, and finish, with a presentation box included.

When should we decide if we want a wedding album?

You can decide on a wedding album before or after your wedding day — there’s no pressure to choose straight away.

That said, we usually recommend not leaving it too long. Choosing images while everything is still fresh often makes the process easier and more meaningful.

You’re welcome to view and feel samples of our premium wedding albums before deciding. You can select the images for your album yourself, and we’ll only send it to print once you’ve approved the final design.

If you’d rather keep things simple, we can also curate the images and pre-design the album for you. Either way, we’ll work together until you’re completely happy with the result.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer a range of flexible payment options to make booking your wedding photography straightforward.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, Revolut, or cash. All payment details are clearly explained during the booking process, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

We believe in keeping things simple and transparent, and we’re always happy to answer any questions about payments or timelines.

Are you insured for wedding photography?

Yes. We’re fully insured for all of our wedding photography services, including public liability, professional indemnity, employer’s liability, and full equipment insurance.

While we’ve never had an incident, having comprehensive insurance is an essential part of being a professional wedding photographer. It gives couples peace of mind and ensures everything is covered, just in case.

Do we need to provide a meal for our wedding photographer?

For full-day wedding photography coverage (typically 11–12 hours), we kindly ask that a hot meal is provided.

This is especially helpful for weddings at private or exclusive venues where there may not be nearby options to purchase food. A short meal break allows us to recharge and be fully present for the rest of your day — including speeches, evening moments, and celebrations.

It’s a small detail, but one that helps us maintain the energy and focus needed to capture everything beautifully.

Do you photograph destination weddings?

Yes — we offer wedding photography for destination weddings as well as weddings across Ireland.

If you’re planning to get married abroad, we’d love to hear about it. We bring the same calm, thoughtful approach and level of care to destination weddings as we do to weddings at home. Travel and accommodation costs are always discussed clearly in advance, and we aim to keep everything as simple and transparent as possible.
