Inspiring Cloughjordan House Wedding

Claire and John visited Cloughjordan House around Christmas and fell utterly in love with the place.

They could not have asked for more from the wine glass chandelier, the open stone fireplace, the converted stable bedrooms, and the Argentinian Asado.

The couple wanted a venue that could be their home for the weekend, and that’s just what they got – it was like one big house party with all our family and friends around us!

The entire wedding day was so special, with lots of personal touches. Claire’s friend Tullio, who is also an incredible interior designer, was responsible for the marquee décor, and it was just so stunning! Even the bride’s sisters, Aoife and Tara, also surprised John and Claire with Irish Dancers during the meal, and that got the entire marquee clapping and cheering.

The Big Day, from what we wore, our ceremony, the venue, the food, and the music, was a complete extension of the newlywed couple. It was everything they wanted and more and was a true reflection of both their personalities.

The beautiful, inspiring Cloughjordan House wedding was relaxed, fun, and full of laughter. The laughter even started during their marriage ceremony, which defiantly set the tone for the rest of the day!

Claire and Jonh’s priorities for their wedding day were to get all their family and friends to have the best day, so when they first kicked off the planning, they agreed on three key priorities great music, great food, and great wine.
