Grainne and Kevin met through a mutual friend, and the romance began in 2009. It was quite easy and natural even though Grainne was living away then; however, they made it work and became inseparable. The couple shares many mutual interests and passions and can talk for hours. A big love they share is music! both of them are semi-professional musicians who play together and separately (Grainne is a singer-songwriter, and Kevin is a guitarist/bassist/ songwriter)

Grainne and Kevin also have a massive passion for travel and adventure and get away as often as they can. The couple is a firm believer in living in the moment. They love to be spontaneous, not take things too seriously, have fun, laugh, and be silly.

Grainne and Kevin have only fallen more in love over the years and support each other 100 per cent. They are very alike but bring out the best in each other, and we are best friends.

The venue for their dream wedding was Dromquinna Manor Kenmare Co. Kerry. Located on the bay is absolutely stunning and probably a big selling point for Grainne in particular- she adores the sea and always wants to be near it.

The grounds and the venue itself are also stunning and a little alternative, and it just felt like a perfect fit. They strive to do things a bit differently, which we love. The food also sounded amazing! We always wanted a stand-alone private venue(not a typical hotel) and to have the ceremony and everything in one place. This venue ticked all our boxes!

Both of them wanted Relaxed, fun, musical, and boho-ish. And what they created is exactly that and more! What is important to Grainne and Kevin about their wedding was enjoying every minute, having fun, being relaxed, and taking it all in.
